Canned Green Corn Curau Recipe

Ingredients for making tinned green corn curau:
½ liter of milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cinnamon stick
2 cans of green corn
Cinnamon powder to taste
How to make tinned green corn curau:
Prepare this green corn curau by draining the corn and rinsing with running water.
Put the corn in a blender and blend together with the milk, condensed milk and cornstarch until you get a smooth mixture. Strain, to filter the corn cake, and place in a pan with the cinnamon stick.
Cook the curau over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove the cinnamon stick and place in a greased baking dish or individual bowls. Allow to cool at room temperature and then set aside in the refrigerator.
Serve the canned green corn curau sprinkled with cinnamon to taste and enjoy this Festa Junina dessert!
